Bullying Statistics

According to bullyingstatistics.org:

• In 2010, 1 in 7 students in kindergarten to 12th grade has either been bullied or been a victim of bullying.
• 56% of students have seen a bullying crime at school.
• 15% of students who don't come to school say that they don't come because they are either scared of bullies or have been bullied.
• 10% of students either drop out or switch schools because of bullying.
• 90% of 4th-8th graders reported being a bullying victim.
• All in all, there are about 282,000 students that are reportedly attacked in high schools throughout the United States each month.
